PROBLEM WITH CANCELLED ORDER NOT CANCELLING ON MY END

I had a problem with a order being canceled on my credit card. I had placed an order and inadvertently ordered 2 on the quantity instead of one. So I hurried and canceled the order and reordered it with the correct number of items. ASOS did nothing wrong it was all on my credit card responding slowly. ASOS quickly reminded me of the canceled order and everything fell in place.

1 hour to resolve and incorrect information given

Took 1 hour to resolve the issue and was given a multitude of reasons why a discount happened worked (mostly pointing to assumptions I was in the wrong or wasn’t checking terms and conditions). Only when I said I’d be emailing complaint did we arrive at the fact it was a technical error on asos side

2 months no merchandise

I reached out to customer service when package was not received by expected date. I was given another date which was 1 MONTH later. I have still not received package and reached out to customer service again. They want me to wait another 5 days and then they may take action, and I was addressed by someone else’s name in the email response. I requested a replacement or a refund.

Replacement order cancelled

Had to wait a week for them to confirm order lost. Was told a replacement was sent but no full refund issued. Items now 10 quid more. Code they sent won't work. Asked to email them error message just to keep getting bounce back message saying contact them via chat.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. First two people were helpful and said they would be able to resolve my issue. The third person I spoke to said that this is not true what the first two people said, that there is nothing they can do, they would not let me speak to anyone else and would not help me raise a formal complaint. The forth person I spoke to gave me the complaints email straight away.
Now my only option to get my package is apparently to travel 4 hours south to knock on a strangers door and ask them for my parcel which went to the wrong address. I am also unable to make sure my second parcel won't do the same.

Abysmal

Abysmal. illiterate live chat agents and next day delivery is now apparently day after tomorrow delivery. Even when reassured the items would be with me the next day by one of the approximately 5 aforementioned thicko chat agents i spoke to, this was not the case. And denied a refund because they were ‘still within the delivery time frame.’ Would rather buy my clobber from poundland than use you set of morons again.

I want to give them chance

I want to give them chance , but I’m again disappointed with them ! They took money from card , even more than order ( I’ll attache documents ) and didn’t send the orders , they cancel the orders after several days, when you connect their chat they told it’s technical issue and it will take 10 days to send back your money . If you asked them the same discount you had when you ordered items they declined you and offer just half of discount 15%. If you don’t want lost time and money as me , don’t use them . See attached documents about order amount and money amount they took from card .

I used the live chat to speak with one of the advisor. I have used this option before and it has always been positive. However, this time I was chatting with Kiarra who was not kin to help and ended up the conversation after I asked to escalate the issue.

If I could give 0 I would. Asos customer service is the most useless service.

I ordered a size 10 pair of shoes with a discount code. size 9 was delivered. Told asos, they arranged a return, told me to reorder and get in touch with them to get a partial refund because the code was no longer working and the shoes has a “excluded from all codes” banner. I got in contact to get my partial refund but apparently the previous agent was wrong! So asos won’t give me my partial refund with NO explanation, just that “this is not the scenario” for a partial refund. Sh*ttest service I’ve ever received.

Their products are good. I have been buying from them for a long time. What you see is what you get.

Their products are a hit and miss. That is why people have to return items. The color could be off from the picture, sizing odd, but then other items perfect. ASOS also makes several mistakes! They do not take responsibility.

A:

In my experience, I have ordered three times off of Asos, and all three times my order was extremely late (by up to a month), they have apologised and guaranteed it won't happen again every time but it always does.

A:

The bad reviews are driven by poor ordering processes. If you try to correct an ordering mistake within less than a minute of hitting "pay now," they won't allow it. Accidentally fudged my address, now it's going to a different state.

They are fraudsters. They are scam, they will take your money and send you extremely cheap valueless product entirely unrelated to the ordered items. Afterwards they will blame the shipping company. Then they will say unfortunately they are now out of stock of the ordered item. Offer to refund you only 30%. They are in short thieves

I've honestly never had any problems with this company. Like, I order, it ships quickly, I get my goods, if I don't like it, I ship it back with their free returns and I get my money back. The only dirty thing they do is price gauging. Like, go on the UK site and jot down an items price and then switch to the US site (My country, as an example) and do the math on the GBP to USD exchange rate and then compare the two site prices and BOOM: the US site is always more expensive than the UK site. I always buy things from the UK site now
